I have led technology functions and transformation programs, built and developed multidisciplinary teams, worked with executive leadership and Boards, and managed technology change from strategy and business case through delivery, transition and operational adoption.
I tend to work best where technology needs to be both reliable and strategically useful: close enough to the business to understand priorities, close enough to the technology to understand delivery and risk, and pragmatic enough to make trade-offs visible.
